You don’t need to give up candy entirely, just enjoy the sweetness in moderation! Whether you have one or a handful does not make a difference because you will always want more in your mind, so you might as well just have one or two, or none at all. It is all about your mindset. I have a sweet tooth and have found ways to emotionally or mindfully eat candies in a good way as an occasional treat. First, is how to keep your body and brain happy and healthy so you can satisfy

2. Exercise regularly with at least 2 to 3 hours of physical activity per week to keep your body's insulin regulated.
3. Get plenty of sleep. as this is a priority, aim at seven hours per night and avoid screens at least an hour before bedtime.
4. Check for nutritional deficiencies by eating a balanced diet daily and take vitamin and mineral supplements, if needed. Keep your hormones balanced by consuming enough protein and fiber and maintaining a healthy weight.
5. Practice stress-reduction techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, and yoga.
6. Brush your teeth at least twice daily with a fluoride toothpaste and use dental floss.
